About our methods

The focus in holistic wellbeing is on you as a whole, the mental, emotional and physical aspects of your unique and personal wellbeing. We specialise in stress, anxiety, depression, IBS and other gut health problems/eating disorders, insomnia and maintaining a positive mindset.  We will work together to identify the root cause of the problems
you are facing. It is essential, because disease and disorders can very often be caused by physical, mental or emotional trauma.
 The purpose is to create a holistic balance and harmony in order to help prevent illness or disease.

We will work with a combination of methods from evidence based talk therapy and cognitive behavior therapy, yoga, nutritional diet as well as meditation & breathing techniques  to increase your self-understanding and acceptance,
and encourage you to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations.
Every one of us is different and we need different things in life to be happy and feel fulfilled. It is the same with our bodies, we all require different nutrition to be healthy. A diet that works for you may not work for someone else.
Holistic Wellbeing is not a quick-fix, it is a healing process based on acceptance and behavioral change.
 

SINGLE HOLISTIC WELLBEING SESSION

Single holistic wellbeing sessions target specific traumatic or emotional distress that you have gone through and want to talk about, these can be mental or physical.
Single holistic wellbeing sessions can be booked as many times and at any time you deem needed, they do not follow a specific program.

8 - SESSIONS HOLISTIC
WELLBEING PACKAGE

In the 8 - sessions holistic wellbeing package you will gradually learn how to make sustainable holistic changes to your daily life to improve your health, your wellbeing and happiness with support, accountability and responsibility.
 
The 8 - sessions holistic wellbeing package is good for you with clear specific goals. These could be related to the mind and/or body.
Together, we will learn to connect mental and physical health, explore your concerns, set goals and find the solutions you need for a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing.

16 - SESSIONS HOLISTIC
WELLBEING PACKAGE

In the 16 - sessions holistic wellbeing package you will gradually learn how to make sustainable holistic changes to your daily life to improve your health, your wellbeing and happiness with support, accountability and responsibility.
 
This holistic wellbeing package takes into consideration different elements in life to achieve a healthy lifestyle; including mental health, nutritional health, physical activity, wellbeing and spirituality. Together, we will learn to connect mental and physical health, explore your concerns, set goals and find the solutions you need for a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing.

ARE THE HOLISTIC WELLBEING SESSIONS CONFIDENTIAL AND FOR HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?

Yes! A non-disclosure agreement is signed between us before our first session.
 
45 minutes is the usual holistic wellbeing session
60 minutes if the holistic wellbeing session includes yoga or meditation.

WHAT THERAPY METHODS AND THEORIES DO YOU USE IN THE HOLISTIC WELLBEING SESSIONS?

WHERE ARE YOUR CLIENTS BASED?

Thanks to web based holistic wellbeing sessions we can work with you where ever you are. We live between Dubai, UAE and Malmö, Sweden and can conduct face-to-face meetings at either location.

CAN I COME TO A HOLISTIC WELLBEING SESSION WITH MY PARTNER?

Yes you can, as long as it is agreed to prior to the session.

WILL YOU DIAGNOSE AND PRESCRIBE MEDICATION?

Our practice is 100% natural and based on different evidence based theories and practices that are personal to you and your wellbeing needs. Theories and practices are taken from talk therapy, elements from cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), critical thinking, meditation, mindfulness, yoga and nutritional diet. We are not a medical clinic and do not diagnose or prescribe medication. 

CAN I HAVE SINGLE HOLISTIC WELLBEING SESSIONS OR DO I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR A PACKAGE?

You are welcome to as many single holistic wellbeing sessions as you please. We offer single holistic wellbeing sessions as well as 8- and 16- holistic wellbeing session packages.

WHAT IF I DO NOT SEE THE RESULTS I AM LOOKING FOR?

This will depend on your commitment to yourself, to the holistic wellbeing sessions as well as the exercises and home assignments (minor) that we agree on together. Should an approach not be suitable for you, we will work together to find another approach suitable to your wellbeing.

Hello, my name is Noha, from a small village in southern Sweden raised by Palestinian parents. I am a social scientist with migration and relations specialty to begin with but worked in the corporate world as a successful marketing and communications professional, loved it but felt that something was missing. Having always been passionate about working with people which is why I became a social scientist, I always tried to make a difference through my career but was hungry to do more in our society.
 
My mother always said to me
“work with what your heart believes in”.

The purpose behind NK Holistic Wellbeing is to work with you to help achieve holistic wellbeing, satisfaction and happiness by connecting mental and physical health. We only use evidence based theories from cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), talk therapy, critical thinking, meditation and yoga, in combination with nutrition to help coach you to harmonize and balance different aspects in life for a complete wellbeing.
 
To achieve this, we have combined academic qualification and training to work together with you and tailor a unique and personal program suited for your personal goals or the growth of your business.
